Tasting Note
Concentrated red and black fruit (black cherry, plum), violet and resinous 'esteva' notes, light spice and mineral drive; medium-full body, ripe rounded tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Production Method
Controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks with gentle maceration; majority aged in stainless steel, a small portion matured in used French oak before blending and bottling.
