Tasting Note
Luminous, complex white with citrus zest, orange peel, white flowers, vanilla and fine spice from oak. Creamy texture, crisp minerality and bright acidity, finishing long, saline and slightly spicy.

Hand-harvested grapes from an 80+ year old single vineyard; fermented and aged 9+ months in French oak (majority new); frequent bâtonnage; bottle-aged before release.
