Ripe black cherry and plum with violet, dark spice, cocoa and tobacco notes; concentrated and juicy with firm ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
Field‑blend grapes partially foot‑trodden in lagares, fermented on skins in temperature‑controlled tanks, then aged ~18–21 months in French oak (significant portion new) before blending and bottling.
