Tasting Note
Elegant and fresh red showing red and woodland fruits, subtle toast and spice, a faint vegetal note and a lingering red-fruit finish with silky, ageworthy tannins.

Production Method
Hand-harvested. 50% whole-cluster carbonic maceration (14 days), 50% crushed/destemmed fermentation (14 days). Low extraction; ~18 months in second-use French oak barrels.
