Tasting Note
Fresh, floral Touriga Nacional: bright red fruit, lavender and citrus florals, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and a mineral, granite-driven core with a smooth, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted lamb, grilled ribeye, game (venison), aged cheddar; Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), grilled miso beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, cooled, 4-hour foot treading in granite lagares, controlled fermentation in small French oak vats, aged ~15 months in used 225L French oak barrels.
