Tasting Note
Citrine with green highlights; aromas of citrus, white flowers, green apple and light mineral notes. Broad, creamy mouthfeel with fresh acidity and integrated French oak, finishing elegant and persistent.

Western: charcuterie, grilled/roasted white fish, roasted chicken, grilled red meats, soft cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, steamed fish with ginger and scallion, miso‑glazed sea bass, milder Thai curries, Cantonese steamed seafood.

Production Method
Total destemming, 48‑hour skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification. Alcoholic fermentation ~15°C; 50% fermented in French oak barrels, followed by 6–12 months batonnage.
