Tasting Note
Deep ruby with fresh forest and wild berry aromas, notes of rock-rose and spice. Elegant, textured palate with ripe red/black fruit, fine tannins and long, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested old-vines; full destemming, slight crushing, controlled stainless-steel fermentation, gentle pressing and ~18 months in French (85%) and American (15%) oak barrels.
