Tasting Note
Dark ruby with expressive red-berry and violet aromas. Palate shows concentrated red/cherry fruit, gentle spice, graphite hints and polished tannins, finishing long and elegant.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled/roasted beef, lamb, pork shoulder, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese-style braised beef, teriyaki or hoisin-glazed pork, spicy Szechuan dishes.

Production Method
Grapes destemmed, crushed and fermented 7 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Ageing: 85% in stainless steel, 15% in 225L French oak for 6 months.
