Tasting Note
Intense ruby; aromas of ripe blackberries, raspberries and black cherry with dark chocolate, clove and star anise. Medium–full, concentrated palate with creamy texture, integrated spice and velvety tannins, finishing long with a subtle stony/mineral note.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef stew, aged cheeses (Manchego), roasted game. Portuguese: roasted cod (bacalhau) with robust sauces. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu or Sichuan beef, teriyaki duck, miso-glazed eggplant or spicy ramen.
Production Method
Fermented ~7 days in stainless-steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged 10 months in 225L French oak barrels (≈10% new, 90% second-fill).
