Tasting Note

Pale brick-tawny. Notes of toasted nuts, dried fruit, caramel, toffee, dried cherry and milk chocolate. Rich, smooth and elegantly sweet with lively freshness and a long, nutty finish.


Food Pairing

Western: mature and blue cheeses, almond or walnut tarts, dark chocolate desserts, crème brûlée. Asian: mooncakes, sesame or red-bean desserts, mango sticky rice, Peking duck or braised pork belly.


Production Method

Blend of Douro grape varieties fortified with grape spirit during fermentation; aged in old oak barrels (average ten years) in lodges, then blended and bottled as a 10‑year tawny.
