Tasting Note
Bright dark cherry and red berry core with violet, sage, eucalyptus and subtle forest-floor notes; fine chalky tannins, spice and toffee undertones, lively acidity and a long, vibrant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; cold-soaked up to 7 days; indigenous yeast fermentation with gentle plunging; 21–26 days total skin contact; aged 12 months in French oak barriques (27% new); natural malolactic; biodynamic practices.
