Tasting Note
Bright dark cherry and black-Doris plum, forest-floor and dried herbs, with anise, spice and subtle cedary oak. Silky tannins, zesty acidity and a long, vibrant finish.

Production Method
Certified organic/biodynamic estate fruit; hand-harvested, small-batch ferments with some whole-cluster, cold-soak and indigenous yeasts; aged 12–15 months in French oak (approx. 30–33% new) with wild malolactic fermentation.
