Tasting Note

Bright strawberry and red cherry with rose petal and toasted brioche; creamy mousse, lively acidity, hint of shortbread and nutmeg on a focused, persistent finish.

Production Method

Méthode traditionnelle: bottle-fermented, aged on lees (minimum 18–24 months), hand-picked fruit from biodynamic estate, riddled and hand-disgorged.
