Tasting Note
Bright ruby; dark cherry and blackberry with wild thyme, clove and forest‑floor notes. Chalky acidity, fine velvety tannins and a savory, mineral finish. Elegant, concentrated and ageworthy.

Hand‑harvested fruit; indigenous yeast ferment in open concrete and oak; 10–25% whole‑bunch; aged 12–18 months in French oak (20–30% new); bottled unfined and unfiltered.
