Pear, citrus zest, white peach, struck-match/iodine reduction, fresh-bread and wheat-toast notes; medium-full, satiny texture with salinity, fine minerality and a long, chiseled finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay from three 1er cru parcels; gentle pressing (long press cycles), barrel fermentation and maturation (large-format barrels/demi-muids, ~12 months), limited new oak, bottled unfined/unfiltered.
