Aromas of crisp stone fruit, white flowers, blanched almond and beeswax; flinty, saline minerality with citrus-tinged, spicy finish. Medium–full-bodied, layered and racy with precise acidity.

Hand-harvested; whole-cluster gentle pressing; fermentation on native yeasts in large-format oak (demi-muids); roughly 20–30% new oak; malolactic in cask; élevage ~16–20 months; minimal bâtonnage, lightly fined and bottled with minimal filtration.
