Tasting Note

Ripe black and blue fruit (blackberry, plum), baking spice, dark chocolate and crushed stone; creamy mid-palate with firm, fine-grained tannins and a long, mineral finish.

Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~16 months in oak (≈40% new).
