Tasting Note
Deep purple, almost opaque. Intense black fruits, black cherry and plum with pepper, cinnamon, violets and earthy spice. Seductive, fruit-forward palate with minerality and a spicy, long finish.

Western: grilled beef, lamb chops, game (venison), mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, grilled lamb skewers (Xinjiang style), spicy Sichuan beef, Korean BBQ short ribs.
Production Method
Hand‑harvested Saperavi; fermented with extended maceration (~15 days), blended from tank and barrel, ~50% aged in 2nd/3rd-fill French oak, organic certified practices.
