Tasting Note
Bright peach, pear and citrus with honeysuckle, jasmine and flinty minerality; saline tension and subtle oak spice. Full-bodied, crisp acidity and a long lemon-peel finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; soft-pressed; fermented in stainless steel and French oak; matured 12–24 months in new and used French oak and stainless steel; no malolactic fermentation; light filtration. Organic viticulture.
