Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with rose petal, vanilla and cinnamon spice. Light-to-medium body, bright acidity, silky, soft tannins and a lingering savory finish with dried red fruit notes.

Roast lamb, beef stew, mushroom risotto; Peking duck, braised pork belly, spicy Sichuan or Mongolian beef.
Production Method
100% Beichun; stainless-steel fermentation, aged in 2nd–3rd fill French oak (225L & 500L) and tanks for ~12–18 months, then bottled and further matured. Organic viticulture.
