Tasting Note

Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with rose petal, vanilla and cinnamon spice. Light-to-medium body, bright acidity, silky, soft tannins and a lingering savory finish with dried red fruit notes.


Food Pairing

Roast lamb, beef stew, mushroom risotto; Peking duck, braised pork belly, spicy Sichuan or Mongolian beef.


Production Method

100% Beichun; stainless-steel fermentation, aged in 2nd–3rd fill French oak (225L & 500L) and tanks for ~12–18 months, then bottled and further matured. Organic viticulture.


Vineyard Info

Puchang Vineyard, Turpan Valley (founded 1975; relaunched 2008). ECOCERT organic-certified estate (~100 ha) focusing on local varieties and low-intervention winemaking.
