Tasting Note
Intense lemon-zest aroma, candied citrus and bright acidity; sweet, syrupy palate with fresh citrus oil, light grappa warmth and a clean, lemony finish.

Western: lemon tart, panna cotta, vanilla gelato, baked ricotta cheesecake, grilled shrimp, light goat cheese. Asian: mango sticky rice, yuzu or lemon sashimi, coconut-milk desserts, light Thai seafood salads.

Production Method
Hand-peeled Femminello lemon rinds macerated in neutral alcohol and grappa for ~30 days; infusion filtered and blended with sugar and water to bottling.
