Tasting Note
Bright cherry-pink with aromas of strawberry, blood orange and rose petals. Medium-full palate of red berries, citrus and anise, with a mineral streak, firm freshness and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled salmon, roast chicken, Niçoise salad, charcuterie and Provençal dishes. Asian: sushi and sashimi, spicy Thai curries, grilled prawns, Korean BBQ and yakitori.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, organically farmed grapes; short skin contact; stainless-steel fermentation with 3–4 months on fine lees; minimal to no oak influence.
