Tasting Note

Medium–full Margaux with blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, tobacco and violet notes; firm, chalky tannins, moderate acidity and a focused, slightly austere finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, ribeye or beef stews, duck confit, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese roasted pork), beef bulgogi or Korean BBQ, rich mushroom stir-fries.


Production Method

Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, matured in oak barrels (portion new) for ~12–18 months.
