Tasting Note
Fresh citrus and lemon peel with tropical fruit and white flowers, subtle oak and creamy lees texture, mineral spine and lively acidity leading to a crisp, medium-length finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed; fermented and aged 6 months in 300L oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 second-fill, 1/3 third-fill) on fine lees with bâtonnage.
