Tasting Note
Fresh red berries (raspberry, cherry), herb and pepper spice, subtle beeswax/honey and schist minerality. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, fine tannins and a clean, fruit-driven finish.

Grilled or roasted red meats, lamb, pork, charcuterie and medium cheeses; Asian pairings: Korean bulgogi, teriyaki beef, Cantonese char siu, Peking duck, mildly spiced Sichuan beef with leeks.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, manual and automated grape sorting; gentle crushing; stainless-steel fermentation with selected yeast at ~22–24°C; soft maceration; matured ~6 months in 400L French oak barrels.

Made by Prats & Symington from the historic Quinta de Roriz (estate since 1565) and Quinta da Perdiz. Estate fruit third-selection after Chryseia and Post Scriptum. Producer is B Corp certified and wines are vegan-friendly.
