Tasting Note
Bright red fruits (raspberry, cherry), violet and black-currant notes with peppery spice, cocoa and minerality. Medium–full body, sleek yet grippy tannins and a clean, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled red meats, barbecue, roasted lamb, beef stew, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan-style beef, Cantonese char siu, braised pork (hong shao rou), teriyaki beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; gentle maceration and stainless-steel fermentation; aged ~6 months in 400L French oak barrels; bottled for early drinking with some aging potential.
