Tasting Note
Silky Pinot Noir—strawberry preserve, rose petal and light orange blossom with dark cherry, black raspberry, gentle spice, earth and a velvety, lingering finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit, partial cold soak, ~3-week maceration; destemmed; élevage in mostly neutral barrels with ~30% new oak; minimal fining/filtration; domaine moves toward organic/biodynamic practices.
