Tasting Note
Silky Pinot Noir—strawberry preserve, rose petal and light orange blossom with dark cherry, black raspberry, gentle spice, earth and a velvety, lingering finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, roast lamb, mushroom risotto, coq au vin. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese barbecue) pork, miso-glazed salmon, shiitake ramen, Korean bulgogi.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit, partial cold soak, ~3-week maceration; destemmed; élevage in mostly neutral barrels with ~30% new oak; minimal fining/filtration; domaine moves toward organic/biodynamic practices.

Monopole of Domaine de la Pousse d’Or (≈0.7–0.8 ha), northeast/northern exposure; old vines planted c.1966. Domaine run by Patrick Landanger from the Château de Volnay.
