Tasting Note

Medium-bodied Bordeaux with blackcurrant, black cherry and kirsch notes, cedar and pencil lead spice; fresh acidity, firm silky tannins and a persistent, slightly mineral finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast leg of lamb, beef bourguignon, grilled steak, duck confit. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), Korean BBQ beef, Sichuan pepper beef, lamb skewers.


Production Method

Hand-harvested; temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, wood and concrete vats; 12–16 months aging in French oak (≈30–33% new).
