Tasting Note
Ripe red and black berries (raspberry, blackcurrant), cedar, pencil-lead and garrigue notes; chalky minerality, firm grainy tannins and lively acidity, long spicy finish.

Grilled or roasted red meats (steak, roast beef, leg of lamb), beef bourguignon, game; Asian pairings: Korean BBQ, char siu or soy-braised beef, Peking duck, mushroom and soy stir-fries.

Production Method
Harvested 21 Sep–9 Oct 2019; fermented and matured in French oak barriques (c.34% new) for ~14–16 months.

Château Potensac, owned by the Delon family (Les Domaines Delon), a historic Médoc Cru Bourgeois estate in Ordonnac, Bordeaux. Known for classic left-bank blends and steady quality.
