Tasting Note

Blackcurrant and blackberry core with cedar, tobacco and graphite notes; medium-full body, fine chalky tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, rack of lamb, roast beef, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese roast duck, Sichuan pepper beef, char siu or yakitori-style grilled beef.


Production Method

Traditional Médoc vinification: destemming, 15–18 day maceration, fermented in stainless/temperature-controlled vats; aged 12–16 months in French oak (≈30% new).
