Tasting Note
Medium-bodied Bordeaux with black cherry, cassis and plum, cedar, tobacco and wet-earth/mineral notes. Elegant, floral lift, fresh acidity and fine powdery tannins; concentrated and saline with a persistent, slightly chalky finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb, roast beef, venison stews, hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Peking duck, beef teriyaki or milder Sichuan dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, vinified in stainless and concrete vats, matured ~12–16 months in French oak (largely used barrels); low yields in 2014 increased concentration.
Vineyard Info
