Tasting Note
Blackcurrant and blackberry with violet, cedar, graphite and warm spice. Medium–full, creamy texture with bright acidity, fine-grained tannins and saline minerality, finishing long, savory and focused.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in concrete and stainless vats; aged ~16–20 months (≈50% new French oak, 35% amphora, remainder in once-used barrels). Certified organic and biodynamic viticulture.
