Tasting Note
Black cherry, cassis and raspberry with rose and spicy notes (cinnamon, cardamom), graphite and damp-stone minerality. Full-bodied, velvety yet structured tannins, vibrant freshness and a long, perfumed finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego). Asian: sukiyaki or yakiniku (Wagyu), miso-glazed beef, Peking/roast duck, Korean BBQ (galbi).
Production Method
Hand-harvested; biodynamic viticulture; native-yeast fermentations in concrete, oak and amphora; aged ~16–18 months in ~50% new French oak, ~35% amphora and remaining in one-year barrels.

Family-owned (Tesseron) since 1975; ~80ha under vine in Pauillac; converted to biodynamics in the 2000s and Demeter-certified; classified 1855 Fifth Growth.
