Tasting Note
Blackcurrant and blackberry with graphite, cedar, menthol and tobacco. Firm, ripe tannins, bright acidity, layered dark fruit, spice and earthy minerality; long, persistent finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego). Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu, braised beef noodle soup, Sichuan-style beef.
Production Method
Biodynamically farmed (Demeter certified), hand-harvested; fermented in concrete/stainless vats and amphorae; aged 16–20 months in a mix of new and used French oak and amphora.

1855 Fifth Growth in Pauillac; owned by the Tesseron family. ~80ha under vine, converted to biodynamics since 2010, notable Left Bank terroir of gravel over clay/limestone.
