Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with graphite, cedar, menthol and pencil-lead notes; firm grainy tannins, lively acidity, medium–full body and a long spice-tinged finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture (Demeter certified), hand-harvested; fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats; aged 16–20 months in French oak (c.60% new).
