Tasting Note
Classic Pauillac: concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry, graphite and cedar with tobacco, espresso and spice. Silky mid-palate, firm dusty tannins, lively acidity and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Certified organic/biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested, parcel fermentation (concrete vats) with indigenous yeasts; aged ~18 months in French oak (approx. 60% new).
