Tasting Note
Robust, full-bodied yet elegant; aromas of cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant. With age shows leather, truffle, game and macerated fruit, earthy spice and a long, structured finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, lamb, mushroom risotto, charcuterie and aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, braised beef noodle soup, mushroom hot-pot, miso-glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification: 100% Pinot Noir; fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic conversion and élevage in French oak barrels (approx. 12–18 months; likely some proportion new oak).
