Tasting Note
Pale salmon pink with floral notes (hibiscus, orange blossom), wild strawberry, peach, citrus and a touch of saline minerality. Dry, lively acidity, silky texture and a medium-length refreshing finish.

Food Pairing
Aperitifs, salads, grilled or fried seafood, light poultry, young cheeses, and risotto. Asian: sushi, sashimi, tempura, Thai fish cakes, Vietnamese spring rolls.

Production Method
Destemmed, soft pressing with a 1–2 hour skin maceration; must decanted and fermented in stainless steel at ~15°C. Produced from organically farmed grapes; bottled under screwcap.
