Tasting Note
Bright, intense red with violet reflections; explosive aromas of Mediterranean maquis, blue fruits and jam. Palate dense yet balanced, ripe berry fruit, integrated oak and firm but polished tannins, with a savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed and selected; fermented in stainless steel 14–17 days at ~25°C with repeated remontage, malolactic in steel; matured ~12 months in 25–35 hL oak casks.
