Tasting Note
Bright ruby with purple rim. Aromas of black cherry, cassis, spice and subtle menthol. Juicy palate with ripe red and black fruit, soft mellow tannins, lively acidity and a persistent fruity finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steaks, roasted lamb, pasta with meat ragù, aged pecorino; Asian: char siu, Korean BBQ beef, mildly spicy mapo tofu, teriyaki or soy-glazed meats.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel with short pump-overs; malolactic fermentation and ageing completed in stainless steel (no oak).
