Tasting Note
Pale straw with green hues. Aromas of white peach, apricot, Sicilian citrus, white melon, tropical fruits, chestnut honey and fresh hay. Bright acidity, saline lift, clean fruit palate and good persistence.

Food Pairing
Grilled fish, spaghetti alle vongole, seafood risotto, caprese salad; Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Thai fish curry, Vietnamese fresh spring rolls.

Production Method
Organic (SOStain®) viticulture. Static decantation of must, cool stainless-steel fermentation and short aging in steel with minimal oak influence; low-intervention winemaking.
