Tasting Note
Bright ruby with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, violets and vanilla. Flavors of blood orange, black pepper and ripe red fruit, supported by firm tannins, vibrant acidity and a saline, medium‑long finish.

Western: roasted Tuscan lamb, grilled ribeye, wild mushroom risotto, aged Pecorino or Parmigiano. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, spicy Sichuan beef or hoisin-glazed pork.
Production Method
Hand‑harvested Sangiovese fermented in stainless steel with 18–25 days maceration; aged a minimum of ~30 months in Slavonian oak casks and tonneaux.
Vineyard Info
Pinino founded 1874 by Tito Costanti; historic Brunello estate. Owned by Austrian/Spanish families from 2003 and acquired by the Ferragamo/Il Borro group in 2024–2025. Vineyards include Montosoli and northern Montalcino sites.
