Tasting Note
Intense ruby red. Aromas of cherry, blackberry, dried flowers, vanilla and spice; flavors of plum, black cherry, tobacco and leather. Ripe, polished tannins, lively acidity and a long, savory finish.

Florentine (T-bone) steak, roasted or braised lamb, mushroom risotto, aged pecorino/parmesan; Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), soy-braised beef or mushroom and eggplant dishes.
Production Method
Fermented in stainless steel with 18–25 days maceration; malolactic fermentation; aged at least 30 months in oak barrels/barriques; lightly filtered.

Estate founded 1874 by Tito Costanti. Vineyards on Montosoli and Canchi sites. Acquired by Il Borro (Ferragamo family) in 2024; long Brunello-producing history.
