Pure Blanc de Blancs: lemon and green apple, white flowers, almond, chalk and bright sea‑salt minerality with fine mousse, vivid acidity and a long, saline, chalky finish.

Cold stainless‑steel fermentation with partial malolactic; extended 6–6.5 years sur lie, disgorged 2024 with ~4 g/L dosage and roughly one year bottle rest post‑disgorgement.
