Tasting Note
Pale yellow; aromas of linden blossom, vanilla and apricot. Palate shows ripe yellow fruit, citrus, vibrant acidity and a slightly creamy, oak-influenced texture; elegant with a long, clean finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, grilled salmon, lobster or creamy seafood, mushroom risotto. Asian: sushi (salmon/seabream), miso-glazed cod, tempura, Thai green curry, Chinese roast duck.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle pneumatic pressing; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 350–450L oak barrels; aged ~18 months; fined/filtered if needed.
