Tasting Note
Fresh pear, lime zest and white flowers with toasted almond, brioche and a chalky mineral finish; bright acidity and saline tension with ripe orchard fruit and subtle spice.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, pneumatic pressing; indigenous-yeast fermentation and malolactic in oak; aged ~18 months in large 350–450L oak barrels with low new-oak percentage; low-intervention, organic viticulture.
