Tasting Note
Deep ruby with concentrated black fruits, violet perfume, cracked pepper and savory mineral notes. Silky texture, fresh acidity, medium-plus tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Syrah; destemmed with long maceration, stainless-steel fermentation and élevage 12–13 months in older 225L and 600L barrels/demi-muids.
