Tasting Note
Deep red with aromas of black cherry, plum, violets and black pepper. Palate offers ripe dark fruit, savory spice, stony minerality, fresh acidity and supple, silky tannins leading to a long, spicy finish.

Western: grilled lamb, roast duck, braised beef, steak, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Sichuan-style beef, teriyaki duck, grilled lamb skewers.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Syrah, partially destemmed with ~20-day maceration. Aged 12–13 months in older 225L barrels and 500–600L demi-muids; light racking/filtration before bottling.
