Tasting Note

Perfumed dark-berry core (blackberry, boysenberry, raspberry) with violets, smoked meat, olive, graphite and iron notes. Concentrated, mineral-driven palate with silky yet firm tannins, savory spice and a long black-pepper finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; ~70% whole-cluster; ~20-day maceration on skins; native yeasts; pressed and aged ~24 months mainly in 500L demi-muids (with 일부 228L barrels); low-intervention, organic/biodynamic practices.
