Black and red berries, cracked pepper, violet and cured-meat/smoky notes with mineral grip; velvety texture, fine tannins and long spicy finish.

Production Method

Partial whole-cluster fermentation (large % whole berries), long maceration (~17–20 days), aged 24 months in demi-muids and French oak barrels; minimal intervention winemaking.
